Returns & Withdrawals
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to the contact details provided on the Impressum page.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content (e.g., audiobooks) that has been fully delivered and where the download or streaming process has already started, provided the consumer explicitly agreed to waive the right of withdrawal before the download or streaming process began.
